Quality Control ( QC) is the basis for the work and services performed by a company that should be practiced by all personnel of the organization in their daily activities. Improving the quality of work systematically, in accordance with the formal procedures, which are designed to prevent or eliminate errors before they happen. It will be the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure that the procedure is carried out consistently and effectively, that they are reviewed regularly to reflect the requirements of the Contract during the employee' s length.

It has become the responsibility of the Manager of Quality Control to continue to monitor the implementation of the Quality Control plan to build and put into practice the system and the necessary procedures, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan through periodic audits.
